going to need surgery. One of the sutures on his skull fused too early and his soft spot has closed. This prevents his brain and skull from growing properly.
The surgery will be at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's at Vanderbilt sometime in July or August. The surgery is about 5 hours, and he will be in the hospital for about a week.
